• As players are cleaning up and gathering their belongings, coaches should ask players what they liked about practice and what they think could be improved next practice.
• Once players have left the field, coaches should meet and discuss what they liked and what they think could be improved upon next practice and tailor the next practice to the feedback of the players and coaches.
