Knob Inside the Ball Toss
Instructions
• Screen set up 18-20 feet from the plate
• Hitter sets up even with the plate
• Coach underhand throwsthe ball down the middle of the plate on a line at a slow to medium speed from behind the screen
• Hitter focuses on hitting the ball back up the middle, while visualizing and feeling the knob of the bat staying inside the ball
• Partners switch after 10 swings
