Hip Loading Balance Disc Tee
Instructions
• Tee set up in front of the middle of the plate
• Hitter sets up even with the plate, while partner places a ball on the tee
• The hitter’s back foot should be placed squarely on the balance disc, demonstrating balance and stability before executing standard loading pattern and stride
• Objective is to generate ground force reaction through ankle stability while taking a normal stride, hitting the ball back up the middle
• Ideal for hitters that lack stability and proper sequencing during the loading phase
• Partners switch after 10 swings
