Back Foot Cone Tee
Instructions
• Tee set up in front of the middle of the plate
• Hitter sets up even with the plate, while partner places a ball on the tee
• A cone is placed directly behind and against the back foot
• Objective is to hit the ball back up the middle without hitting the cone with the back foot when rotating
• Focus is on a direct energy transfer to the ball and avoid spinning
• Ideal for hitters that sit and spin on the back leg
• Partners switch after 5 swings
